  1. What is the return policy?

           Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Due to the fact that each product is made for that individual customer we can only accept returns for reasons of damage upon arrival and malfunctions.

2. Are purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on items unless there is a malfunction and/or damage upon arrival.

3. When will I get my order?

Every item we sell is made to order. This gives us the ability to offer the best possible prices. Once you place your order your item will be fulfilled and shipped. You should receive a tracking number within 3-5 days at the most and your item should arrive within 7-10 days at most depending on your location.

4.  Where are our products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the United States. We do ship world-wide.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
